You’ve heard the results of the Giving USA 2009 and Giving in Kansas City reports, now dialogue with colleagues in your sector about what your organization has been and is currently experiencing. JBA, Nonprofit Connect, the Kansas City Community Foundation and the Giving USA Foundation have partnered to offer six smaller sessions focused on specific nonprofit sectors in Kansas City.
To add even more value to the discussions, nonprofit administrators are being invited to fill out a survey on more recent giving trends and what they’ve seen since the recession. You can register for your session and fill out your survey at the Nonprofit Connect website. You are encouraged to take the survey even if you can’t attend your sector session.
- The sessions are broken out as follows:
- Healthcare sector – Sept. 15
- Religion & Faith-Based sectors – Sept. 30
- Education sector – Oct. 1
- Human Services and Public/Society Benefit sectors – Oct. 14
- Arts, Culture and Humanities sectors – Oct. 21
